Amanda C. Moffatt joined the team at Blue Ridge Realty & Investments in 2014. Amanda grew up in Michigan and graduated from Oakland University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science in 2007. Thereafter, she decided to move south to attend Elon University School of Law from which she graduated in 2010. She then settled in the High Country with her husband, Tyler Moffatt, who is originally from Florida but was raised in Valle Crucis. She and Tyler established their High Country law firm, Moffatt & Moffatt, PLLC, in 2010. Moffatt & Moffatt, PLLC, is involved with real estate litigation and other real estate matters. As a result of these experiences, Amanda’s true passion has become the complexities of real property development, transactions, and use.
In her spare time, Amanda is an avid equestrian. She has been riding for over 15 years and has trained horses and riders for ten years. She has experience managing horse farms and knows what to look for when someone is seeking a horse friendly property.
Since moving to the High Country, Amanda has taken up golf and enjoys the wide array of golf courses located throughout the High Country.
